After a fine harvest in September, we had the pleasure of discovering the Hachette Wine Guide 2024 published after the summer. We were selected in the "Winemaker of the Year" category alongside another Champagne winemaker. This category is important to us because it marks a stage in the evolution of Caillez Lemaire, which is a return to our roots and to the land, a state of mind that allows us to better understand our profession as winemakers.
The assets highlighted by the guide are closely linked to working the soil, our barrel vinification and the total ban on all conventional products. These accolades encourage us to continue along this path, to offer you champagnes of character and uniqueness!
