This oak is also from DAMERY.
This cuvée, inspired by the first cuvée of CAILLEZ LEMAIRE (100% Damery, 100% Meunier, 100% oak) has its own personality. The differences with the old time are the new barrels, the first juices on the press, the dosage extra-brut. And also the fact that the barrels come from Damery.
