At this moment, subtle aromas emerge from wines in fermentation …
We have harvested enough in spite of successive losses: hail on a part of the vineyard and grapes literally grilled on feet, because of the incredible heat of this summer (records of heat beaten, as in many regions ...) We’ve never seen this before!
Thanks to everyone who helped us. We enjoyed beautiful sunny days, sometimes even very hot, especially for a month of September, definitely 2019, a warm year ...
Now begins the time of making Champagne ... So meet in a long time to discover … Be patient ... I think it’s worth it!
