9 days of picking, from August 29th to September 6th, sometimes under a hot sun ... Many new pickers this year have joined the old ones, some of them very faithful, more than 20 years for Jacques, 20 years this year for Toni and Michel, 14 years for Pascaline, soon 10 years for Anthony ... It is a very difficult job, easier to bear in a good mood!
The grapes were magnificent, and quickly went into fermentation... We can't wait to taste the first results and to consider the blends for our future vintages.
