Winemaking :
Our cuvée Fantaisie is a blend of predominantly Meunier grapes. Part of the fermentation takes place in the cellar. It is aged for 15 to 20 months on laths, then for over 12 months after disgorgement, with a technological cork to preserve the primary fruity aromas. Fantaisie is a brut with a dosage of 10g/litre, made up of reserve wine and cane sugar.
Tasting :
Fantaisie offers floral aromas, honey, grapefruit, vanilla and a touch of ginger. We recommend drinking it between 8 and 10 degrees in a slender flute to appreciate its freshness and powerful fruity aromas, leaving a sensation of fresh fruit.
Pairing :
This cuvée is ideal for parties and events. It is suitable for both novices and champagne lovers. It goes well with fish tartars such as salmon or tuna, enhanced by a tangy citrus sauce. Fantaisie can also be enjoyed after the meal to extend the evening.
We make our cuvées without MLF, fining or filtration before bottling.
